I was reading this today and thought it was worth posting. This young lady is traveling from Oregon to Alaska with her dog on a KLR with a hack. Some good reading....

Looks like that rig is set up to let the bike lean, cool!
I'd love to be able to take my dog riding with me
A 70lb Border Collie on a bike is a tricky proposition without a sidehack or trailer, though
