Do they make a gas gauge for this bike ?

yes, but most use a trip meter instead.

Early on, I thought it needed a tach and a gas gauge. Time passed, I rode it and the shifting just became second nature. During longer rides, I just knew that the gas station was something I should be looking for.

I used to use one of those bicycle speedos on an old chinese 250cc I had.  I bought a tiny rare earth magnet 2mm x 1mm from Radio Shack and attached it to the wheel with Loctite.  It was very accurate.  I used a 1/4" wire loom to run the wire down the fork leg to make it look more legit and to protect it.  I was very pleased with it and I'd say it's a good cheap solution.  These days I don't need it, I can tell how much gas I've got by the sound when I rock the bike side to side.

If you're looking for a great inexpensive option, go with what old_rider has done.  It really does work very well.

then again, it's what I did before bikes ever had trip meters, or fuel gauges, from the first time I bought my first bike
