Must be that "dry heat" I have heard about....but never actually experienced.

The Cincinnati area always has 90%+ humidity!

I've been in Vegas at 110,low humidity,  and Houston at 110, high humidity
Houston was worse as far a feeling oppressive and heavy, and Vegas was worse for feeling like the sun was clawing at your skin (at least to this redhead)
