Here in Tx the law requires you travel within 10 mph of the speed limit, so on a 75 mph road you have to do at least 65.....except you don't, because they rarely enforce that
In fact, they rarely pull 'left lane bandits' (PPL going way too slow in the fast lane, which in Tx is FOR PASSING by law) over, either

If the intake was raised about that much you could probably ride through some pretty deep water by standing on the seat. Maybe it's a Texas bike. They'll need something like that if this rain doesn't quit.
