The way I have always interpreted that.....is:

INVISIBLE - You ride as if no one sees you, and could pull out in front of you at any instant.  Folks aren't used to looking for motorcycles, or are just too preoccupied with other things to take a good look and can easily miss anything smaller than a car/truck/bus.

NAKED - You ride as if it will really hurt a lot if you fall down....cause it will.

I don't know how you would interpret it otherwise, cause it you were really naked you certainly wouldn't be invisible and giving a tailgater the "evil eye" would certainly cause a stir.

Heh!  On the Savage, leaving Ralph's I could go the walkway behind the building and drop off the curb back to home.  Got the scoot, was leaving the same route, right hand said go, the left hand said "you idiot, not on 10" wheels!" and I fell over.  

My Vespa is 150.5cc and puts out 11.7 bhp.  The Chinese 150 scooters are just under 150cc, have about 8.5 bhp and only do 50-55 mph.

and the motto makes total sense, though thank goodness my last fall didn't hurt that much

I'll ride my S40 off the curb, too, but I can't stand up on the pegs to save my tailbone like I can on the XS
Still, the S40 has a lot of things going for it over the XS
I keep drooling over the idea of making a standard / scrambler out of it, but then I think, maybe a real dual sport would be a better idea {and easier, too)
