The problem I'm having is when the bike gets warmed up it starts running really rough and then dies. It won't start until the bike is cooled down. Please help. I replaced the stock fuel petcock with the raptor660 one and it still has the same problem.

How long ago?

Reply #2 - 02/17/15 at 15:31:34 I let It idle for a couple of minutes and then around the block a couple of times and then it happens, 10 minutes total. I had the same problem with the stock fuel petcock. But yes I plugged off the vacuum line.

Reply #3 - 02/17/15 at 15:44:49 You may just have the idle speed set too low... A lopey idle not only has a tendency to die,.. it will ruin the cam journals and tappets with low oil pressure...
