Somedays you get more than you bargained for... case in point, my 87 Savage. Love the bike, knew about the electrical gremlin somewhere in it's wires, but that's okay.

What I also knew was that the throttle felt a little "funny"... couldn't put my finger on it. Went to remove the throttle cable to replace it and found that the sleeve inside the RH grip is cracked where the cable hooks in. OK... start pulling the grip off, and the sleeve comes off... in about 6 pieces. Only the last two inches or so was in one piece, ungh...

Anyone got a good recommendation on new grips? Thanks!
