Why pull the airbox off to drain it? There is a hose behind your kickstand where it attaches to the frame.
The hose should have a cap and wire clip... remove the clip and pull out the cap/plug.
Here in this picture if you look at the bottom of the bike in the middle you can see the hose dangling down.
If you look close you can tell it has a cap/plug on it.
