Carb Question... why is mine different? (Read 45 times)

Posts: 24 Tustin, CA Gender:	Carb Question... why is mine different? 01/06/15 at 22:18:32 Have been reading all the posts on carbs and viewing the pics but noticed that my carb has an additional hose connection than it appears others do not. What is this connection? Everything else is identical to others.

Reply #1 - 01/06/15 at 22:33:27 You have a CA carb with a epa vac port to capture tank vapors. Just cap it separately if you don't have the carbon canister under the swingarm.

Cause he didn't know any better.

You have a choice of either capping both ports....or if you leave the hose between them, put some silicone gasket sealer in the tube so that no air can pass down the tube.
