Mine is frayed by 1/2 at least. Shipping from e-bay is too expensive, and I want a new one. Thanks. This is probably just the first of many new parts this winter.

Thanks guys, just what I needed. ps: has anyone used a universal clutch cable? the steel tube at the top of the stock one is problematic with low risers and superbars.
