Which year wire harness will work for '87

I'm in the middle of rebuilding my bike and come to realize that I am likely to need a newer wire harness for my 1987 Savage due to the previous owner's desire to fine tune his "jerry rigging" skills on it

For the most part it was functional when I bought it but I would feel better replacing it now that I have it all apart.

I guess what I need to know is what model years can I use to replace the wire harness. Thanks

California Gender:	Re: Which year wire harness will work for '87 Reply #2 - 01/03/15 at 13:47:34 same wiring diagram 87-94, 91-94 will only be found in canada and EU. so take a look at the controls for the year you find if they look the same, most likely they'll be the same.
