My deepest condolences my friend. My step dad has had several major heart attacks and multiple open heart surgeries. The thought of losing him brings tears to my eyes. I cant even imagine what you are going through right now. I hope it comes and goes as quick as necessary. He is at peace now, may he Rip.

Take care friend.   :'(

Very sad news.... I emphasize with you and the family... lost my father and my mother-in-law (sorry about the first post) to cancer (we were fighters together).
Wishing you and the family all good things....
I think of our lives as one large puzzle, with each passing a piece is inlaid within, filling in the story of a families lives.
I will one day be laid within that puzzle, and I hope to brighten the picture it shows and the story it tells, as i'm sure your step father's piece will do.

Wishing you a smooth recovery from your loss , and that his "Ride" might go on in you.  It makes me proud to see the ones I help to start riding straddle a bike.   I'm thinking your step dad felt the same way .  Smiley

I'm so sorry for your loss.  It's hard when anyone around us passes but it's especially hard when it's a parent.  I know how you're feeling. We'll be praying for you.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my Dad to cancer 15 years ago last October. He was a big part of my family. It still hurts to think about. Never forget him and let his memory live on in you. My condolences.

There's no problem that a full tank of gas and a sunny day can't fix!

Yonuh Adisi FSO - reading your post(and replies) reminded me of why I bought this bike. The spring of 2012 my closest friend died - of a heart attack. He was 49(so was I). That night I layed in bed thinking - How many years do I have left ?  I decided that I needed to stop waiting.  I wanted to buy something(from my youth) that brought me joy. My first thought was a muscle car. I had several back in the day(68 Chevelle SS396 in high school - 70 440 Road Runner(my last and highly modified - and my favorite : 69 428 Cougar). I figured that I couldn't afford the gas(although that seems to be changing lately). I decided to get a motorcycle - and "pulled the trigger". I'm too old to wait for things. Since my 30's I've joked around saying if I were to write my auto biography it would be entitled "Starting Tomorrow". NO MORE WAITING !!

He passed on a love you were able to share.....
If you remember to talk to him while you ride, he will always be there.

Peace, healing and joy to all those he touched.

Everyone we meet in this world, changes us
We change everyone we meet
in this way even after we pass, the effect we had on this world lives on, and we are truly immortal
