Many of us are worn past the recommended "Factory Minimum" rotor thickness.

Refine that question a bit and you'll get better answers ..... like how many of you have replaced your rotors and at what wear point did you do that?

My brother wore out the factory front brakes on his s40 and ignored that SCREEECH grinding noise, so now his rotor is discolored, gouged, probably a little warped.  He is replacing his.   Smiley   Bike has maybe 5,6XX miles.
