Time goes by fast. Another winter and it's time to store the yellow bee for the long winter nap.

This weekend I will take the belly mower off the tractor and put on the loader, change the oil and then take the fuel out of the mowers and trimmers, and take the mower off the front of the DR Brush mower and put the snow blower on.

Yep....winter is here....like it or not.

Last weekend I pulled the snow blower out of the shed, changed the oil, and put it in the garage ready to use. I also fired up the emergency generator to make sure that is ready for use in case we lose power. Bike is covered in the garage and on the battery tender. And I had the oil tank filled (my least favorite part of getting ready for winter). I guess I'm ready. Now I just wish I had a snowmobile. Maybe next year I will be able to afford one.

Winter just been, I drove 9 hours to get to the snow, rode my bikes on cold sunny days, surfed a bunch and mowed the lawn a lot...

Yesterday I rode the bike to a local dealer to put in storage. It was -4c, and buy the time I got there my hands were so cold the service guy had to undo my helmet for me. Grin
