Clutch wont disengage

I am putting my bike back together and have run into an issue. When I went to attach the clutch cable to the lever it would not reach. I could not get the clutch arm to move up. I took the engine cover off and tried to push in the clutch rod in manually but it wont budge. Same clutch cable, bike was running when I took it apart. I have not replaced any clutch parts, etc. everything is the same except the clutch rod wont push in.

Any ideas. Undecided

California Gender:	Re: Clutch wont disengage Reply #1 - 10/05/14 at 13:46:26 How did you try to pull up the lever? unless your name arnold s. don't think you can do it by hand. put a monkey wrench on the pivoting end and push down. and equally hard to push the pin in.
