I Do not wrench for a living, just now and then, (when I have to).

However do like things which make that job easier,
and being, frugal, I didn't like the 100.00 +, Digital Torque Wrenches,
which I thought were, (less than par). And looked at several, 'adapters',
again, did not think they were, 'up to snuff', (for the lower priced ones)

Have some of the, 'old' style, and have used a fish scale on a wrench, numerous times. But paper calculating, as to what was what.
(Well, just didn't want to do it any more)

Then I found this:

I Just got done, 'playing' with it.
And as a friend, who was limping around for years,
who had his hip replaced, said: "Shoulda done that, Years ago".

Might be something useful, after all, you have all the drives, sockets, and wrenches. Just put this between them, turn it on, and 'torque'.

I am sure the serious wrenchers, have this, or something like it,
but for us, 'Shade Tree', 'fixers', ?  It works for me.

I've seen those digital adapters and if I didn't already own torque wrenches I would be tempted to buy one.

+1 for Justin-o-guy.  Some of the torques listed in motorcycle manuals seem a little high to me and I only use a torque wrench to make certain I don't over torque, I always quit when it feels right.  Most of the time I don't use a torque wrench, especially on something that can be tightened with a 1/4 inch drive.  I go real easy with the small stuff, fingers and maybe wrist have enough power to do it.
