How would I go about removing choke nob and putting a dice in its place?

Not certain, but I think it's molded in place... in which case you'd have break it off, or cut it off, ... then glue the dice on...
Then, hope you don't pull it off while using it... Undecided...

Grind the end of the knob flat, glue the two together, trim the knob to match the dice.

Use a die to thread the choke rod.

Then tap threads into the dice.  

If you think the dice is too soft for small threads, use a larger tap for a helicoil insert into the dice.

Hence, your choke shall be called tap and dice.   Cheesy

I remember someone put something fancy on, like an Irish knot or something. Was kinda a theme elsewhere on their bike, too. It was a picture, not sure how to search for that.

Vers I'm gonna go with your idea and I know guys it sounds kind of pointless but I'm bored and running out of things to do with my bike I'm gonna be putting a rear fender on soon I think  hopefully adds some character and some more color if you guys check my bike out let me know of anything I should do or would be cool thanks
