Thank you, one other thing... would it make any difference if that connector that goes up to the gas tank (neutral, high beam, turn signal indicators) is disconnected? The engine stopped when everything was in place, but then I removed the tank and that connector to check the spark, that's when i noticed it only fires once...  should I plug that back in and THEN try? or does it make no difference?



It might.....I am not sure if how the operation of the Neutral Safety switch circuit is affected the absence of the indicator light.

Well, bypassed the kickstand safety thing and I plugged that connector back in under the gas tank... still nothing.
