If this is the machine's first head plug leak, then consider it time to pull the head cover, re-torque the head and set the valve lash. This job could wait until the end of the riding season.
If this is the 2nd or 3rd head plug leak, try sealing the head nut in the front of the engine, facing down. Takes about 20 minutes, mostly from cleaning the oil and grit from the area, then dabbing a bit of RTV on to the nut. If it still leaks after that, see "first head plug leak".
