That looks pretty similar to the test course here in WA. I failed my first try (on a Yam XT225), so I enrolled in the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course. Can't recommend it highly enough! After practicing on their bikes for a week (or 2 weekends), the same instructors administer the test. Much less stress, much easier to pass.

The diagram doesn't show all of the dimensions needed to lay out a duplicate course, but I guess the essential ones are there. Time to get out the sidewalk chalk ....
