Should fit... most of us run 140-90-15's... (I have Shinko 712 that size)...

Possible slight clearance trouble with some bolt heads and bag brackets, but they can be replaced with shorter, flatter ones...

look for round head or allen button head bolts

I replaced a 140/90/15 Bridgestone that fit the bike in stock trim with zero mods. I now have the exact tire you are looking at but 140/90/16 and it fits with only minimal shaving of the swingarm.  Your biggest issue will probably be bolts rubbing like already mentioned.

Btw the 230 tourmaster has been awesome so far.

Been running 140/90-15s primarily since 1999 on my Savages. No issues, even when they ran stock shocks, my 98 has factory 800 Intruder shocks now, and the 2003 has Progressive Intruder 800 spec shocks.

I banged an oversize rear tyre on mine, not gunna slosh thru the mud to see what size it is (hating winter already) but I put new shocks on the back to raise the rear to stop the rub on guard, now when I open it up going around a corner, the front comes up off the ground a bit, scared the hell outta me the first time it happened,am used to it now,but there is so much grip on the butt with tyre and stiffer shocks that it no longer bothers me,just don't do it in the wet   Roll Eyes ..I'm finding it an awesome ride  Cool  Smiley

With Suzuki's tolerances the way they are, you might or might not have a problem with bolts rubbing with a 140/90 15 tire. The brand of tire can make a difference too. Some have had to replace the side rail bolts when running a Metzler 880 while others have not. I'm one of the few that didn't have any problems with the bolts rubbing.
