Redline ZDDP fail

I was changing my oil yesterday and reached for my Redline ZDDP additive. There was a sludge in the bottom, and no amount of shaking would get it off the bottom. I had a new bottle that was purchased at the same time - so I opened it and used 1 oz.

I will send an inquiry to Redline.....maybe it does not keep on the shelf for more than a year when opened. Since it only takes an ounce each oil change - one bottle would supply me with enough ZDDP for 8 years of oil changes!
