Morning everyone, I have an 88 savage and I am doing the torque limiter gear change so I bought the gear and casing off a 96 savage, does the newer  gear have 2 washers ( one on either end ) or just one at the outer end of the shaft and if there is supposed to be one if you put one at either end can you expect catastrophic events to occur or is there enough play to allow two? many thanks just checked on the search and verslagen  says there is two - this place is great it seems that there is an answer for everything and a step by step guide on how to do it if someone had told me I'd be doing as much work on me engine as I have ( without blowing it and me up - well, not many times  Smiley ) I wouldn't have believed  em, thanks for the help
