Way cool.
will it withstand superslab speeds?   Huh
no, I wouldn't.
but I would consider a static light attached to the wheel.   Cool

Most of my riding is done around town... I think it would be worth a try to see if it would do 45-50mph.  Very cool!

He he that's cute.
You can get lights that would take any RPM you could throw at them.
Helicopter main rotor RPM is around 2000- 3000 RPM. Tips travel somewhere around 250 MPH.
Check this.

Ya' halfta' wonder,... amongst all the lite-up paint, and animated wheels, and super-blue headlights,...
...how are we going to see a brake light or turn signal in traffic?....

Methinks these fancy colors will be outlawed... Huh...

I hope so, actually... 'cause I'll still be out there with my feeble candle-glow headlight, makin' hand signals to turn...
Undecided...

I don't see all the pretty colors being legal on the street. Here in Ohio no blue lights only white and amber on the front, red in the rear...etc.But a rear fender that lit up red might be good.
Me too.

Would be cool to do a flame job like that though. Roll Eyes

If you could wire that up onto the back of my jacket......I could spell STOP in bright red letters when I applied my brakes!
