Air Balde Wind Screens anyone?
06/10/14 at 19:12:48

Dose anyone here use and "Air Blade" wind/fly screen?
Could I see pictures? (From the riders position would be nice) How and in what way does has a relatively small screen changed your riding experience?

Thanks all Smiley

Do a search on "fly screen" of the Rubber Side Down forum, there are lots of opinions and stories there. I've had a National Cycle fly screen like http://suzukisavage.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?num=1291421940/5#5 on my Savage for a couple of seasons and wouldn't be without it. It makes riding at 80+ km/h a lot less work while preserving the rest of the open air experience. Getting the installation height and angle correct is a matter of (1) Adjust, (2) Ride, and (3) Repeat as necessary.

PS - My fly screen is the colourless model, but you never look through it anyway, so it's only a matter of esthetics.
