Yep, I stripped the clear coat, filed and sanded off the casting marks, and buffed everything all nice and shiny. Works great....as long as you don't let your bike sit outside in the rain and like to polish every once in a while. Dave

The point is only over one of the bolt holes. I was thinking it might be an alignment indicator. Making sure you put the brake rotor on in the same location, counting spokes etc... Jeff
