Correct, the jetting should be fine as listed for his elevation. Will be a touch rich on any mountain rides.

Try running the next tank of fuel with a splash of oil in the tank. The slide does get fuel vapor washed, and if the coating is at all galled it will be slow to respond. Oil in the fuel will temporarily relieve the sticking helping with diagnosis. Any mixed gas stronger than 100:1 will cause a serious power loss and terrible fuel economy, so be careful.

Time to share some info where I stand today :

changed to smaller pilot jet, 47.5 now, hardly no  difference in idle,  no matter how I set the mixture screw...

Down to 145 in main jet, the bike runs better but still hesitates on full trottle...

started with 152.5 due to that my dealer was out of 150, tried 147.5 and noticed that it ran better, but not good enough..

All bikes are individuals it seems, to bad that I don´t have any smaller main jets at home Sad
