You could put a lot of slack in the throttle cable....so you would only get about 30% of the power.  Or you could tighten the clutch cable so that the clutch slips badly if you apply too much throttle. Grin

On Tuesday a fellow left his bike in our parking lot...his battery was dead and he needed to go get it charged.  The bike sat here all day taunting me........it was a Triumph Triple Speed.

That night when he came back to pick it up I chatted with him a bit.  He uses up 4 sets of tires a year on it!  I couldn't afford the tire payments!
