In the big name motorcycle world? Not really. They all swap parts/tech and sub-assembly manufacturing back and forth. Or farm them out to the auto industries in Japan, China, Korea, India and Taiwan. It's a world market economy unfortunately, and production costs are much lower in Asia than in North America and/or western Europe.
You do have a few stalwart "homebuilt" brands in Italy and eastern Europe, but even they use a lot of Keihin, Mikuni and Showa sourced parts.
