Are they mutually exclusive? Cant it be both? I say yes.. Business as usual, criminals conspiring to use the media to see the dumb masses lies, "manufacturing consent"( look that term up). Its been used over & over,,some are waking up, more & more see thru the lies,, for the first time in my memory, public outrage stopped an invasion. Looked to me like Syria was in their gun sights, but people said NO,, but they never quit,
