I had two mirrors which both shook really bad so I replaced them both with a single round convex bar end mirror that fixes on the right ( probably on the left if you drive on the wrong side of the road

) this got rid of the shakiness and gives me far better vision so all I need is a quick life saver for the left side ( right - for you wrong siders ).

1988 sav, mikuni vm36 carb (lancer),high comp piston, racing cam, raptor petcock, self-made exhaust, delkevic silencer (ryca header), K&N air filter, 48,000 miles

I just use them to get a rough idea of where everything is behind me. Sometimes they shake so bad I can't tell a car from a truck!
