she wont turn over. brand new battery, sparkers, fuel, fuel line and fuel filter. very slow at turning does this mean i should buy a new starter? no gas in the oil and no gas in the air box.

Check grounds, especially the one on the engine case, right side, near clutch actuator.
No Joy? Haul the starter to any auto parts store to be tested. Make sure all the connections, including the solenoid, are good.
You mite consider hooking the starter straight to the battery for a second, but thats gonna bypass the decompression timer, which has its own hazards. make sure its not coming up on compression if ya do that,,

Did you charge the new battery? Does the battery require filling prior to installation?
Also, you can jump start the motorcycle to test the starter.

Double check your decomp solenoid. You can also rule that out by manually actuating the decomp lever. Use a 12mm box end to turn the decomp lever about 45 degrees counter clockwise, then hit the starter button.

The starter does fail on these machines, but most often these symptoms are from a low battery or bad connection.

starter comes out good..... pulled sparker and its pitch black buying a new one, re cleaning the carb today and hopping its one of those two.

The ugly spsrk plug wont slow the starter down,, is it spinning over slowly or is it hard to start?

hard to start now.... got it so it starts to turn and wont continue. 5 maybe 6 cycles and stops dead. it has to be full choke if i do anything it stops dead. any advice? or do i give in and take it in...
ps smells super rich
