Right now I'm running naked.  Need options for mounting without welding.  Would like it to be as tight to tire as possible.

That's easy.........Northern Tool or Tractor Supply.Cut to length,drill holes, Cut out for belt.
Here is one that is flat on both ends.Fits frame nice and kinda gives you a bobbed look at the rear.


Here is a round one.


And If you have somebody thatr likes'em real short.Give him the leftover piece.

If you are still running the suspension.Make a mounting tab "L" bracket to bolt the front of the fender to the swingarm.Get a couple pieces of flat stock or round bar,drill it and bolt to rear of swingarm and fender.
