About another foot more than you have.  But really, it will depend on how much overlap you have on each wrap as well as how evenly you can wrap it around the bends. I just bought a standard roll and had more than enough.

There are 2 standard roll lengths, depending on overlap, the shorter roll is enough.

I have another powerwrap question, and I think theres no need to create another topic... I was thinking, since our headers gets as hot as they do, will powerwrap make things even hotter??? To my knowledge, powerwrap holds on to the heat of the header, in order to make it expand even more.

Another thing. Would it be a good idea to spray the header with zinkspray to prevent rust under the wrap?

yes it's gonna get hot and turn purple.
rust? IDK/c
they said spray the wrap with waterproofing or it'll retain water and stink.

I just wrapped mine last week and I sprayed it with a high temperature silicone paint. It stunk for the first few days, but the smell is beginning to fade. A guy in the parking lot at my college almost notified security thinking my bike was on fire the first day I rode with the wrap on.
