Changing jets without removing the carb?
04/16/14 at 12:36:47

Couldnt find this anywere else in the forum. Tomorow i am going to switch the main and pilot jet.
Can it be done without removing the carb from the engine? Anyone out there who has done it?
Maybe some parts will fall out?
Would save som time if its possible.

Yes, you can drop the bowl and replace the main and pilot, no parts will fly away.
You may have clearance issue with bat box, if so it can be pulled rearward with a tie down hooked to any convenient point.
