Turn Signal Relocation Kit

Does anyone know where I can purchase a simple kit to relocate my rear turn signals so I can put some medium sized bags on?
I know this has been discussed many time and there are a lot of home remedies however, I have not been able to find a kit for sale without purchasing more bags
Does this exist?

Just relocated mine, I put a bracket (old citizen band radio) across the license plate bracket and put some led blinkers there.
You have to remove the chrome sides to get the wires and reroute them.
I just removed the sides and left the old lights and wires on them and ran new wires to the blinker wires under the seat. Just put the round push connectors on the new wires and you won't have to cut a harness.
