Apparently,.. talking to a Pakistani named "Bill" from "Utah" , about the sudden $30 a month increase in your bill...
is equivalent to a verbal contract...
After being promised that I would get more services at the same price I was paying before, I'm locked into this deal for 1 year with a $200 penalty if I cancel... and a $30 increase in my bill...
And an $11 charge for making this change...

In fact on the recording it had me saying "I'm not authorized to agree to anything, I'm only a salesman". AL

A contract that both parties do not understand is no contract at all.. THATS the law,, If you BELIEVED material facts were one way, when in fact, they werent, or were misrepresented, youre looking at a way out. Thats not to say it wont go to collections, but you can write letters to the agencies & explain your side,, Ive fought these fights & won,,
