it is your float needle valve that doesn't seal off the gas when the float bowl is all filled up.. Either it's your float height, or the needle itself.. I would say change the needle, and in the same process check your float height, but it's probably ok.. It's a common problem for older bikes that the rubber on the needle, which is supposed to make the seal, gets old and looses it's capability of sealing..

Just bring the needle to any motorcycle workshop, and if you're lucky they will have one that'll work. Else they would have to order one for you..
