Carburator leak HELP!! (Read 60 times)

Suzukisavvy Full Member Offline You're Droolin, While I'm Spoolin Posts: 101 Nebraska, USA Gender:	Carburator leak HELP!! 02/20/14 at 13:08:07 At the bottom on the bowl on the carburator there is a needle that controls the jetting and when ever the motorcycle runs there is a slow but steady leak. whats the problem? is it a bad seal? should i put calk or some kind of sealant around the bolt?

Why newbies think the dealerships understand much of anything about this particular Savage motorcycle, I really do not know .... They sell 1-2 new every spring and then never see them again after the 600 mile service is done.
