Hi folks,

just wonder if you are using regular gaskets or sealant while working with savage. Please share your experience and thoughts.

Thanks,
Kirill.

You use gaskets where there are gaskets....you use sealer where there is sealer.

The head cover that clamps the cam into place has no gasket,, the clutch side cover has oil passages, so a gasket is a real good idea. The other side? I dunno,, but Id rather play the game the way the factory does it,
