hey there guys and gals.... im not to keen on the original taillights and signals on my 86 savage i was wondering if anyone has tried this out?

I'm using this one. It seems really high quality and sturdy.
I'd stay away from the one you listed. I read a lot of bad reviews on it on Amazon. Check Amazon for reviews on whatever one you end up wanting. A lot of them are plasticy/flimsy junk.

I used those same lights on my other bike. The build quality is ok but they are not very bright, especially in the daylight. Also, the license plate LEDs shook themselves apart soon after I started using them. I still use the lights, but its not ideal. You get what you pay for, as they say.

I used to sell those to customers I did not like. Cheap Emgo made in Taiwan junk. They don't hold up very well.

This is what I use (not liking it very much though) regular (bulb type) cat eye and Arlen Ness FM1 Marker Lights:

Catseye fits really well under the stock fender and is very bright.
