Just reading the specs.. it would be a Savage killer. I suspect that "in person" maybe not so much.

As long as they keep making the S40 and or parts, that's all I need.  I've had mine for 8 years and still really enjoy it.   Smiley

Well, we had dinner with some friends last eve', and the fella' James still has his moms ol' 2006 blue LS650. He can't seem to keep it running he says..... I get my Harley sold and i'll buy it off you, I says.... sounds like a deal he says....

I'm taking the Harley to the consignment next week!

That place in Mobile still has a brand new 2012 for $3,600.  Hall's Motorsports, no sales tax if possession is taken out of AL.

Picked up my new Continental GT today. First impressions are of an old engine in a new chassis, which is pretty much what it is. Vibrates much more than the Savage and power delivery is pretty soft. Both are fine with me. The fuel injection mapping is pathetic and hopefully someone comes up with a better map that can be flashed in SOON. Brakes, outstanding, suspension, lovely, very comfortable ride position and seat, and looks sensational.
I'm thinking I will like this one.
