Lots of forum members know all about jetting but first you should supply a couple details.  You asked if elevation is a factor.  Probably not in NY but you should mention what it is.  Do you still have a stock air box and filter or has that been changed?

Hi there, i'm from NY as well but from Long Island.
I just threw on a Dyna Harley muffler and didn't do any re-jetting and the bike runs fine, no tuning of the carb. either

hi i may be wrong but i believe the dyna has a baffle in it
where as the jardine has an inner core that kinda resembles a flame supperssor on an m 16, which has a fiberglass packing material inside of it ( around the circumference of the inner wall of the pipe) there are no baffles in it... i had a harley muffler off a sportster on it before and no offense to the harley riders but you know how they can be so i replaced it with the jardine, and have a friend that had one on her 96 and its mad loud so im pretty interested to hear this one so i wanna jet it right she said she didnt have to jet hers either but id like to have the jets just in case Smiley

I've since upgraded exhausts to something louder and also rejetter. I now have a Mac exhaust which is almost open baffles and I'm running 52.5 pilot and 152.5 main
