Usually takes right about 2 liters... or 2.2 quarts...
Put that amount in,.. run it for couple of minutes, then let it sit couple, and check the level in the site glass...

Do what Sero said, check, top it off.. if its a bit high, its okay, its not real finicky. Some folks even fill it to be able to see oil in the window when its on the sidestand.. I never did.
WATCH that oil. As the oil gets miles on it, it isnt uncommon for it to start going away faster. Any time you run it at high speed, check the oil..Some of them go thru oil pretty fast when the motor is spinnin high rpm,.
Once youve watched it close for a couple of oil changes youll know when to pay attention.
