hmm.. I especially have nothing to add.. these "drivers" I call "woodpeckers"... Angry  unfortunately they still plenty on the Russian roads. Sad

Some were just accidents, but most were just terrible driving. And WTH was with the person on the hood around 7 minutes?!    Huh

I heard there's so much fraud that the cameras make it easy to prove their case.  Having seen the compilation, I could see why.

Concrete filled tubular steel bumpers all around with a special fraudster catcher on the front. I will drop 'em off at the police station later in the day, by the next afternoon at the absolute latest.  Grin

Dane, that's what I was thinking.  Concrete filled black iron pipe bumpers. Reinforced bumper mounts. Preferrably large heavy vehicle.
