getting at the cam chain

I've decided to change the cam chain after the tensioner went south,I have a slight dilemma..I've pulled every bolt off the top of the motor I can see, only thing left attached is the carb and the spark plug, but I can't get the thing to move, have I missed something? I don't want to break any of the fins trying to get it off

put a wrench on the timing bolt and turn the engine over.
that should pop the cover off if the all the bolts are off.
just make sure to return it to TDC on the compression stroke.
or the cover will be hard to put back on.

Have you taken off the valve adjustment covers......and removed the front and back bolts that are located onder those covers?
