I have seen this kind of thing before. What these guys do is practice speed painting different scenes over and over again. Once they have painted their repetior at one location they move on and do the same paintings again.
No talent required (other than a certain amount of dexterity).

I wouldn't be so quick to discount their talent.
Yes, it's practiced and the same pic over and over.
But unless someone else taught them how to make the original...

hope that's not oil paint, if so, he should be wearing gloves if he's going to be doing that for his lively hood that stuff is kinda toxic so gloves would be better, but it's on glass so acrylic might work out okay for that

When I lived in NY I used to see similar street artists do fast paintings, pretty cool to watch for sure.
