I knew a gal who was wheelchair bound,, her idea of fun was a tad more sedate than mine, but, she was a buddys sister, so, Id shoot the bull with her some.. I saw her staring at the front cover of the Houston phone book,, & shed laugh once in a while,, so, I asked her what was up.
She showed me a sketch of downtown Houston from a helicopters POV,,looking down at the street, some cars were upside down, some were on the wall of a building, Bullwinkles head was poking out a window of a highrise.. same guy did them for years,,
