For anyone considering a CS-1 build

Received my order from Ryca today and was amazed at the quality of materials and workmanship. And from a retired UPS drivers point of view, they have the act of packing a box for shipment like it was going to the Moon!

And so it begins........

I have posted a Stickey at the top of this section for Bike Builds.  You can see the documentation of the Cafe' builds in those threads....and Gyrobobs' Double RYCA build is included.  Those threads might help you with some details.  In my ThumpinSpecial build I reinforced the bottom of the fiberglass seat pan to make it stiffer so that it will not flex and rub on the side panels.  This will allow you to tighten up that joint a little bit and make it a tighter gap.

If you are going document this in a thread.....keep everything in the same thread like the others did.....and as you progress we will add it to that Stickey and make you famous! Grin

Thanks so much for helpful advice Dave. I wasn't sure if I was posting this in the right forum. If you need to relocate my post feel free!
