If you can't find a book bag or suitcase divider we have some flimsy three ring binder notebooks that would probably work.  I thought of that yesterday after I left.  I too like taking junk and making something useful out of it.

If you don't find what you're looking for at Michael's, at least you can find comforting gals (the ratio is always about (100  gals to 1 guy) and often the guy is well, lets say not in the gal market. Grin

Of course most of the women are matronly and carry long needles..so venture forth at your own risk.

YESS! Me TOO,, Sadly, I have at least as much experience with taking something useful & converting it to junk,,Not without the expenditure of time & effort, mind you..

& I keep telling people Im easy to get along with,,but they dont get it,,
I keep hearing back from them how easy I am to get along without,,

You could also visit a plumbing store and pick up some 10" diameter or greater pvc pipe. I found some scrap at a lumberyard and they gave it to me, I cut two pieces 6" long and slid them into a round "T" bag I had on my supermoto.

do you have a sissy bar and how tall is it?I have a touring bag I gave over a $100 for but you have to have a sissy bar to use it< If I'm ever able to ride again my Baby Ninja doesn't have a sissy bar and I bought another bag for it. measure your sissy bar and we'll figure out if it will work. If it will I'll ship it to you for shipping cost> The way my health is I will probably never ride again. My Dr warned me if I ever went down I would bleed to death they have my blood so thin. Its going to take a taller sissy bar than whats on the Savage.
